Interior painting is done by painting the inside of your home or commercial space. Using a team of professionals to scale your space, we’ll begin be covering your floors and furniture and prepping the base of your walls. We’ll then apply even coats of primer to the areas you want painted, allow it to dry, and then apply new layers of colored paint. Depending on what you’re having us paint, whether it’s drywall, cabinets, or even your crown molding, we’ll have to apply several coats, allow each one to dry, and use special tools to reach the high points and crevices for each. This only means you’ll get a more thorough paint job when our work is complete.
Drywall is the most common material used for interior home building. Because of its affordability and efficiency, you’ll find drywall in most interior home settings. The smooth texture of drywall also makes it great for painting with standard interior paints. To do this, we’ll have to prime the drywall with an oil, acrylic, or water-based primer to ensure there are no gaps or discoloration in the final paint color. Once the primer has dried, we’ll then paint on top of it with your color of choice. This usually requires anywhere between 2 – 3 layers of paint to complete.
Designs and Patterns
If you’re looking to have specialty designs and patterns on your painted surfaces, we also have a team of professionals who are accustomed to adding texture to a wall or painting certain designs. While we can’t necessarily give you a mural, we can give you a base which you can add onto later. This includes anything from dusted clouds in the ceiling of a child’s bedroom, to having a bright colored wall where you’ll later add a vinyl sticker for more personal décor. Once completed, we’ll also provide you with extra paint that you can use to do minor touch-ups on in between paint services or professional assistance.
Your interiors are important to us and when paint is spread accidentally onto those surfaces, it can deter from the overall paint job and ruin something of value indoors. To avoid this, we take extra precautionary measures to protect your floors and furniture, as once they are stained removing the stains can be challenging. When we begin any paint project, we start by tapering off the part of the space that we are going to work in. We then put covers on all of the floors and tarp on the furniture in case of paint splatter. This also allows for an easy cleanup when we’re finished.
The aesthetic of your interiors is ultimately what will make your house feel warm and comforting. We help enhance your home’s interior aesthetics by adding our professional touch to the paint work we do. This means getting paint evenly coated throughout the walls, ensuring all interiors with the same paint match, and protecting your other interiors from succumbing to paint damage or stains, such as your flooring or furniture.
